Deadline to sign up is JULY 6, 2025
We will contact you to confirm placement by the end of July. We will not be replying to the emails until we have been able to sort through them all, after the deadline. In that follow up e-mail we will detail the schedule for completing the documentation and when donations will be due.
All prices include round trip flights, ground costs and admin/membership fee (unless you are upgrading seats/class for flights which will require an additional donation or if you are adding another leg for a vacation destination which requires your own credit card to pay for the additional flight). Donations will be split into two parts: $1000 by the end of July and the remaining portion by the time flights are being booked.

If you wish to donate please do. We are sending our partners funding to assist in their community support on the ground in our regular locations. Please designate COVID in the information line if you wish for your funding to be directed to this cause.
